Erstattungen regelt Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Webseiten und Mitteilungen. Auszeit pausiert Apps, keine Webseiten.

Questions, bugs or ideas about the iPhone app Off Hours (German: Auszeit): write to apps@nxtchange-consulting.com. We usually reply within a few working days.
It helps to include your iPhone model, the iOS version, what you did and what happened instead.
The schedule does not take effect. Check that Screen Time access is allowed: iPhone Settings › Screen Time › Apps with Screen Time Access. Is the schedule switched on in the list, and have you chosen apps? Are start and end at least 15 minutes apart? iOS switches to the minute, not to the second.
The shield stays after “Make an exception”. This is known iOS behaviour. Tap “Make an exception” once more; iOS then re-checks and the app opens.
The countdown does not run by itself. iOS does not allow a running timer on the shield. Tap “Check time left” and the shield shows the remaining seconds.
Without Plus only one schedule applies. The free tier covers the first schedule with up to two apps. Further entries stay saved but take effect only with Off Hours Plus.
Cancel or restore the subscription. Cancel: iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. On a new iPhone, Off Hours recognises your subscription by itself at launch. If it does not: open a schedule (or add one with “+”) and tap “Now” next to “Start”. “Off Hours Plus” appears, with “Restore purchase” on it. Refunds are handled by Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Websites and notifications. Off Hours pauses apps, not websites. Whether notifications from a paused app appear is up to iOS.
Deleting the app. All schedules go with the app. There is no account to delete.
